Outdoor Leadership Counselors
We are looking for volunteers who:

  • Are 18+ years old

  • Have 1+ years of working experience

  • Enjoy outdoor hiking

  • Has First Aid and Outdoor Safety Training (preferred, but not required)

  • Are empathetic

  • Are good listeners

  • Are open to feedback from both students and program facilitators

1. Online Application

Please indicate which position interests you when sending your resume and cover letter to the email address in the listing.

2. Interview

A member of our staff will be in contact with more information about the opportunity and the next steps to schedule a short interview.

3. Training & Onboarding

An information and training session will be scheduled to get you onboarded and up to speed with our activities.
